Selank is registered as a medicine in Russia in one format: nasal drops. Outside Russia, what turns up under searches for selank nasal spray is something else, research-labelled solutions such as the Selank + Semax Blend that Peptide God lists at $59.95 (US dollars). The format may look similar; the regulatory status is not.
This page covers the formats you will see, what each one is legally, and what a listing can and cannot tell you. It does not explain how to use any product.
In Russia, selank medicine is available as a nasal spray that has been registered as a product.
A distinction made between drops and spray includes not only the type of packaging used. Registered medicine is prescribed at a certain strength, contains a known active ingredient and is manufactured by the company which is responsible to the authorities. In case of research labelled solution it is up to the vendor to decide what to state.
Selank is not available as a medicine in the United Kingdom. It does not have approval in the UK, and a product registered in Russia does not imply that the product has been registered in the UK. The listings that show “registered in Russia” as indicating approval are simply a clever marketing ploy.
Researching vendors provide selank and semax as ready products instead of the registered Russian ones. The vendor mentioned by us has both original products.

The two products are identified by the same tag. However, other than the tag, neither product listing mentions either the ingredient list or the concentration in a unit dose.
Selank is not sold on its own by this vendor. If you are looking for a selank nasal spray containing only selank, this range does not have one. More on that trade-off on the blend page, and on the semax product on the semax page.
The use of either a dropper, a vial or a spray bottle doesn't affect the legal classification of the contents in the UK. Both Semax and Selank are unlicensed substances only available as research products in the UK regardless of the packaging.
Also, in terms of the name of the product featuring the word "nasal," this word is being used in the context of a description, not as an endorsement, which indicates that the product may or may not meet the standards suggested by the Russian registered drops.
Intended use is what counts. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, a product promoted to treat a condition, cognition included, can be treated as a medicine. A ready nasal format paired with claims about calm or focus moves a product closer to that line, not further from it. The FDA made a similar point in August 2026, when it looked at whole websites rather than labels in its warning letters to five peptide vendors.
A product description ought to reveal the contents of a particular product, however, that is not always the case. I would want answers to the following questions before purchasing selank spray or solution.
The significance of the answers is greater in a pre-made solution than in powder formulation since you cannot know what ingredients have been included in the latter. When buying selank nasal spray from an untrustworthy seller who does not reveal the composition of the product, you get a poorly characterized pharmacological product.
Products from foreign countries come under the same challenges as any shipment: the Border Patrol can seize them, and VAT and duties may make them expensive. The supplier's prices are given in USD, and it offers free deliveries for orders over $100 and free returns for 30 days.
Because a solution is a finished product, any problem with how it was made or stored travels with it.
